  • Remember, being late for an appointment by more than 15 minutes may lead to refusal of admission, and unfortunately, forfeiting of examination fees.
  • You must carry valid government-issued identification with a photograph and signature. Make sure that the first name and surname on your identity document precisely match what was given during registration.
  • In case your ID is issued by another country from where you are testing, obtain International Travel Passport from your country of citizenship. • • If you want to change the date/time of your exams, contact Pearson VUE or access My Account section in Pearson VUE website not less than 48 hours prior to the planned time. It is possible to reschedule within this period.
  • Failure to reschedule prior to due date or failure to show up at all will result in forfeiture of examination fee charged.

Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancellation should be done through contacting either Pearsons Vue or via online pearson vue account on their website not later than forty-eight hours before actual exam day since it’s still permissible during such time frame.
