2. Process: This domain deals with planning, execution, monitoring & control; which includes agile/hybrid approaches to project management.
3. Business Environment: This area focuses on understanding and dealing with external factors that can affect a project such as economic, social or political forces.
The latest PMI-PMP Examination Content Outline also integrates three areas namely People, Process and Business Environment so that those who hold PMP certification understand fully about it.
The new PMP Exam will be harder than before since candidates shall go deeper into understanding various areas of knowledge relating to project management as well as applying them during exams.
