3FOLD TRAINING is a PMI Authorized Training Partner, with an expert Trainer who has gone through the PMI 2-day Train-the-Trainer Training and is approved by PMI. We are located in Dubai, UAE, and have been conducting professional development training since 2008.

We provide PMI-Project Management Professional training based on the examination content outline 2021.

Mode of PMP Training:

Public Batch For Individuals: We conduct online virtual training using the ZOOM platform and have a new schedule for every month. We have individuals attending this training from various countries.

Private Batch For Group: We offer private group training, but it’s not corporate. In this case, the minimum number of students must be ten and above. We conduct both Online and Classroom activities based on the client’s requirements and budget.

Corporate Training: We conduct online and classroom training based on the client’s requirements and budgets. If the number of students is only five, we give both the options like public and private training.

Note: We conduct virtual live sessions using the Zoom Platform, which has multiple rich features with chat, video, slide sharing, and audio options. There are also question and answer sessions after each module to ensure that the students have gained knowledge on those particular subjects, which creates an engaging and interactive session.

PMP Study Material:

We provide PMI official courseware, developed based on the new PMP^® 2021 Exam Version. Refer to Figure 1

1. Student Manual: This book has 394 pages. you can either download the PDF Version or access the Online e-reader option.

2. Project Management Checklist: After the completion of project management training, you can gauge your skills and techniques on each topic.

3. Spotlight Videos: It consists of 5 to 7 minutes of short videos on various topics.

4. Course Files: Consists of mapping on examination content outline and templates on activities estimation, graph, etc. There is a short video on mapping. Click here to view.

5. Self-Knowledge Check: This option has pre-course and post-course assignments.

Post-Class Survey: This survey is taken to gauge students’ review of PMI-authorized PMP^® Exam prep material. It has around 11 questions.

Note: PMI Authorized PMP^® Exam Prep material access is valid for 1 year. We provide 1-year complimentary access to our e-learning, which has a recording of the PMP^® 2021 Live Session on each module and cloned questions provided By PMI.
