In getting the ASQ CMQ/OE Certification, earlier preparation is advised. Attending the ASQ CMQ/OE training is a proven strategy to achieve the ASQ CMQ/OE Certification. We encourage the CMQ aspirants to enroll in this course earlier in order to have enough and proper preparation to succeed in getting a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.

 

Here Are The Processes To Be Followed:

1. Assessment – This is a very important step before registering a student for training. We need to ensure that the delegate is qualified and is eligible to apply for the  CMQ certification exam.

According to your education level, you must have the following years of On-the-Job Experience in one or more of the areas of the Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence Body of Knowledge.

• • • Diploma – 9 Years
    • Associate degree – 8 Years
    • Bachelor’s degree – 6 Years
    • Master’s or doctorate – 5 Years

The aspirant test taker must have a  minimum of five years in making a decision.  It can be related or not to management or supervisory positions.

 

2. Enrollment – We have three options on how to proceed with the CMQ training registration process of a student.

    • Visit our office 

You can pay by card, either debit or credit card. We also accept checks or cash.

Requirement: The students are required to present any valid ID and pay the corresponding payment towards the CMQ Training.  The payment for the examination is not included in the course fee.

 

3. Releasing Of Materials – The learning resources for the CMQ will be handed over to the students once they have made their registration and settled the CMQ training course fee. We issue the learning materials in pdf format and activate one-year access to their CMQ Learning Management System. These materials are exclusive to our delegates and all based on the CMQ Book of Knowledge. The official material is the CMQ handbook 5th Edition.

 

4. Training – The delegates need to complete the virtual live training for 4 consecutive Fridays. We recommend our students to create their zoom accounts. We share the training link a few days prior to the training day using the Zoom app. They will be awarded a digital certificate of completion at the end of the training.

 

5. Exam Application – We can proceed with the exam application whenever the applicant is ready and financially capable of the respective ASQ CMQ exam fees. Applicants will be asked to send their CVs to us and to create an account at asq.org. We support our students in this process until they schedule the CMQ exam. 6. Scheduling The Exam – There are 6 windows in a year. The student may select the closest schedule as convenient for them. You may choose your examination date from the Prometric calendar. Students can either take the CMQ exam from the testing center or from home – or called remote proctored online exams with the use of the ProProctor Platform.

7. Take The Exam – The CMQ OE Computer-Based Exam has 180 multiple-choice questions exam. The 165 questions are scored while 15 questions are unscored. You are given a Total appointment time of four-and-a-half hours including the verification procedures but the exam time will take 4 hours and 18 minutes. Before taking the exam there is verification of the identities of all test takers. You are required to present two valid IDs. It is important to get to the testing center on time at least 30 minutes earlier than your appointment. Test takers who come late have no chance to take the exam. It is considered as a “no-show’’ and fees will be forfeited. You are also required to bring your own CMQ handbook or any materials that are properly bound and no questions found on any pages. Be aware more of Prometric testing Centre Rules. If the students choose the online proctored exam, verification procedures are also being observed. It is required to keep your camera on. 8. Exam Result – Upon completion of the computer-based CMQ examination, you will receive an email from Prometric with your test results. Those who didn’t pass the exam will receive the analysis of the ASQ CMQ exam with their respective scores. The passing score is 550. To reapply for the exam, you need to pay $368.

 

9. Certification  – In collaboration with Accredible, ASQ has created a credential directory where users can verify ASQ Certification Certified Individuals’ certification status. The original frameable copy of your ASQ CMQ Certification will be sent by ASQ to your resident address or office. It takes approximately one month to receive it.
